Putting the work in on the ice and in the classroom! We have a program-tying 22 ECAC All-Academic Team members. To be eligible for this achievement, students must have above a 3.0 GPA over the last three trimesters. Congratulations to these girls and their commitment to excelling in their academics. ⚡️

Happy graduation! Congratulations to our 5 seniors who graduated this morning. We are so proud of you girls and look forward to see what the future holds! We wish you all the best, you will always have a home in Schenectady!

This afternoon we celebrated Stephanie, Mal, Amanda, Emily, and Greta at the Senior Awards Banquet. Also, a special shoutout to our captain, Stephanie Bourque, for receiving the Robert M. Ridings Memorial Award. This award is presented to the senior female athlete for her attitude, ability, participation, and achievement in intercollegiate sports. What an honor. Congratulations to all! 🌟

Earlier this week, had the privilege to be recognized by at the New York State Assembly for competing at the 2026 Olympic Games in Milano-Cortina. She is the first Union College women’s hockey player to compete and medal in the Olympics. What a cool experience for her to be recognized, congratulations! 🌟🥉

Members of the team spent time volunteering at two Great Strides fundraising walks in Albany and Schodack over the weekend, supporting the mission to cure cystic fibrosis!

And special shout out for alum Sophie Matsoukas for joining the team on Sunday in Schodack!

Congratulations to sophomore forward on winning $10,000 towards her company, , in the Union College Spark Lab competition!! We are so proud of you, keep grinding!

Our group had a great time volunteering at the community carnival this past Sunday. The team had a hockey station set up with some games and stick handling! Always a pleasure to give back to the community and get out in the sunshine!

Congratulations to senior captain Stephanie Bourque, who has declared for the 2026 PWHL Draft, set to take place Wednesday, June 17, at the Fox Theatre in Detroit, Michigan!
