🥳 Welcome Landon to the gym!

Landon first came to the gym last year to play racquetball. Earlier this year, our CrossFit program caught his eye, and he started taking classes to improve his fitness both on and off the court.

Since then, he’s become a regular at our bright and early 6:30 AM class, and it’s been fantastic to see the progress he’s made. We’re looking forward to seeing him continue to grow and crush many more classes with us!

Welcome Alex and Declan to the gym!

They’ve both been taking classes regularly and making great progress. It’s been so much fun coaching the whole Heller family, including Coach Josh.

😭 It’s crazy to think that just nine years ago, Declan was throwing toys and snacks on the floor for me to pick up, and now he’s throwing wall balls and swinging from the same pull-up bars his dad was all those years ago.

Keep it up, Hellers! We love having you in class! 🙌

Jennifer Paperman was involved in a unique project leading up to America’s 250th birthday. She served as the State Director for New York’s panel of America’s Tapestry.

The project features 13 hand-stitched panels, each measuring 35” x 45”, one representing each of the original 13 colonies.

Jennifer coordinated the creation of New York’s tapestry panel and she spent many ours stitching it herself.

The 13 original colonie states each created a panel to highlight a lesser known aspect of America’s revolutionary history. The panels are currently on display at the Muscarelle Museum in Williamsburg. The collection will travel to museums around the country, including the New York State Museum in winter 2027.

💕 Coach Shaaf joined our gym in April 2017, and Cait followed in June 2017. For years, they were classmates and strangers passing each other in our hallways before eventually becoming a couple. Fast forward to Saturday, June 27, 2026, and they officially became husband and wife in a beautiful ceremony surrounded by family and friends.

This was the first of four religious and traditional ceremonies the couple will celebrate throughout the rest of the year to mark their marriage.

We’re so happy for Shaaf and Cait as they begin this new chapter together. They were strong on their own, but together they’ll be even stronger as they take on whatever life brings their way.

Congratulations again, Shaaf and Cait! Wishing you both a lifetime of love, happiness, and strength together. 🙌

🇺🇸 To celebrate Independence Day and the 250th anniversary of the United States, we’ll be programming a full week of Hero WODs from Monday through Sunday.

If you’re new to the gym, Hero WODs are workouts created to honor fallen U.S. service members and first responders. We encourage everyone to participate as we recognize their sacrifice through fitness.

Hero WOD Schedule:
• Monday: Omar.
• Tuesday: DT (Dumbbell Version).
• Wednesday: Morrison.
• Thursday: JT.
• Friday: Ned.
• Saturday: No Workout - Gym Closed.
• Sunday: Havana.

We look forward to seeing you all in class to have a great time together, tackle some tough workouts, break a sweat, and, of course, honor these heroes. 🙌

Congratulations to Coach Josh on his performance at the Alpha Win Bolton Landing Sprint Triathlon.

Josh used this race as preparation for a bigger event coming up in August. It was his first time competing in a wetsuit, and after some technical issues on the bike, he also got a crash course in repairing a tire mid-race, valuable experience heading into the rest of the season.

Josh’s Results:
• Swim: 20:44.
• Bike: 1:02:58.
• Run: 29:55.
• Total Time: 2:00:29.
