Shoutout to the kid Jack G, starting up his sophomore year at Vermont Lyndon. Jack is studying business with a concentration in entrepreneurship. Last year he finished with a 3.4 gpa.

Jack is a Greenville alum who scored over 1,000 points in his HS career, averaging about 20ppg. While there he set the record for most career 3s and 3s in a season for boys. As a freshman in college, he shot 30% from the arc.

Excited for a new role this season and to get it started! Can’t wait to catch a game!

Shoutout to my girl Tori Russo who just went back to Plattsburgh to start her junior year of college.

Tori graduated from Shaker HS and is a versatile shooter that can play both guard and forward. While at college, Tori maintains a 3.7 gpa, majors in criminal justice and just finished an internship with the state police. This past year, she also was on the SUNYAC commissioners academic honor roll. After college Tori wants to do something in the forensic psych field.

Shoutout to my little bro Jack L. I’ve been working with Jack since he was in the third grade, hooping in driveways, the YMCA, the Town Park, or wherever we could find a hoop. Fast forward 10 years and i can’t believe you’re in your Freshman Year of college.

Jack is attending Ivy League, Yale University this fall after finishing out an amazing HS career at Albany Academy. This past season Jack averaged 24.5ppg, had a 49 point game and finished with over 1,500 career points (most ever in Academy history). He was also awarded NEPSAC AA first team honors and in his junior year was awarded NYS all state first team.

While at Yale, Jack will study economics. But his dream would be to compete overseas as a professional basketball upon graduation.

So proud of the young man you’ve grown into. Not only is he great on the court, but he’s turned into a genuine good person, polite and respectful and a great role model for the younger generations.

Good luck this season and in your career! Keep working hard and I’m sure you’ll do just fine. Love ya kid! You know the gym will always be open for ya when you come back home!
