✨ WE’RE HIRING! ✨

Mountain Valley Elite Dance Company is looking to add another amazing Dance Instructor to our team!

We’re looking for someone who:

•Has a strong dance background and previous dance experience
•Is comfortable working with children of different ages and skill levels
•Has knowledge in one or more styles such as Jazz, Lyrical, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Tap, or Acro
•Is dependable, positive, energetic, and professional
•Loves helping dancers build confidence, technique, and a genuine love for dance
•Works well as part of a team and wants to be involved in a growing studio community

Teaching experience is preferred, but not required, if you have a strong dance background and think you’d be a great fit, we’d still love to hear from you!

This is a part time teaching position in Alamosa, with the potential for additional classes and opportunities as our studio continues to grow.

🩰✨ IT’S THE FIRST DAY OF CLASSES! ✨🩰

The studio doors are opening and a BRAND NEW SEASON at Mountain Valley Elite Dance Company officially begins TODAY! 💜

We are so excited to welcome our dancers back into the studio, meet new faces, set new goals, work hard, and make so many memories together. Whether today is your dancer’s very first class or they’ve been dancing with us for years — we can’t wait to see you!

✨ TODAY’S SCHEDULE ✨

💜 4:30–5:00 PM | Mini Movers
🩰 5:00–5:30 PM | Tiny Ballet
💜 5:00–6:00 PM | Intermediate Ballet
🩰 5:30–6:30 PM | Beginner Ballet
💜 6:00–7:30 PM | Pre-Pointe
🩰 6:30–7:30 PM | Beginner Lyrical
💜 7:30–9:00 PM | Pointe

Studio doors will open 15 minutes before your dancer’s class begins.

Don’t forget your water bottle, proper dance attire and shoes, and hair pulled back and secured! Intermediate Ballet and Pre-Pointe dancers — remember to bring your notebook to leave at the studio.

Here’s to new skills, new friendships, big goals, lots of hard work and an AMAZING new season.

🎗️💛 DANCERS, WE NEED YOU — LET’S DANCE FOR BEXLEY! 💛🎗️

We want to remind everyone that Bexley’s fundraiser isn’t just an event — it’s a DANCE CAMP, and we need dancers to help make it a success!

Sweet Bexley has been battling leukemia for over a year, and this fundraiser is our opportunity to surround her and her family with the love and support of the community they call home.

Leukemia is a cancer of the blood-forming tissues, including the bone marrow. Treatment can mean months or even years of appointments, chemotherapy, hospital stays, testing and uncertainty. For a family, that also means travel, missed work, meals away from home and countless unexpected expenses — all while their main focus needs to be on helping their child fight.

Bexley and her family have spent so much of this battle traveling between Alamosa and Denver, including time at the Ronald McDonald House, while she receives the care she needs.

This is where we can help. ❤️

Our goal is simple: take away as much of the financial stress as we possibly can so Bexley’s family can focus on what matters most — Bexley.

100% of the proceeds from the dance camp, silent auction and baked goods, along with any additional donations, will go directly back to Bexley’s family.

So we are calling on our dancers — from ALL studios, schools and communities — to come dance with us! This isn’t about one studio. This is about dancers supporting a fellow dancer. It’s about families supporting another family. And it’s about the San Luis Valley doing what it does best: showing up for our own. 💛

Every dancer who registers matters.
Every baked good purchased matters.
Every silent auction bid matters.
Every donation matters.
Every share matters.

Bexley has been fighting for more than a year.

Now it’s our turn to fight alongside her. 🎗️
