I can't believe that we are almost in August 🤯

For many that means back to school and busier schedules, but one thing you should be sure to put on the calendar is our August schedule! 🗓️

We will meet on Tuesday August 11th and 25th at 6:30pm.

My girl REFITwithKimmie is hosting a 4th of July REFIT® class.

Here are all the details:

Excited to announce the next pop-up class will be on the 4th of July at 8:30AM at Community Life Church! 106 S. Cleveland Ave. Mogadore. Come celebrate with friends, movement, simple strength, and stretching - for all fitness levels- as well as leave refreshed & encouraged to start your holiday! Ladies, help tag a Friend, invite a neighbor, and be sure to dress in your Red, White, and Blue!

💙Bring water to drink
💙A mat or towel to lie down on
💙Optional hand-held weights.
💙$5 at the door

To continue the celebrations, we will have a light refreshment after class. Feel free to stay, fellowship, and enjoy, or take it with you.
