Karmady Yoga and Fitness

Karmady Yoga and Fitness Karmady: To find humor and delight in all that the universe brings to you! We strive to create an environment that is welcoming and intimidation-free.

Mission:
Karmady hopes to provide Aitkin with a unique fitness facility that transcends beyond gender, age, or athletic ability. All instructors are passionate about the skill that they bring to the studio and are excited to share that passion. Karmady realizes that the type of class we need may change from day to day, week to week depending on the stresses in our life. This is why we hope to offer a variety of options for your yoga and fitness needs. All we ask is that you listen to what your body is telling you. And don't forget to breathe.

I am excited for this fun collaboration! Nan Gesche is an amazing speaker, educator? And consultant who just wrote a book called “Ladies, Let’s Negotiate!”, empowering women to communicate with intention. She and I are doing a short retreat designed to renew and empower women!
