We are SO excited to have Ana Grace as part of our instructor team and for her to continue to grow and pour into our Soul community!! It’s time to get to know our girl AG a little better! 🫶🏼

Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Selmer, TN and live there now!

Do you have a nickname?
AG!

Dream vacay?
Greece or exploring Europe! 🇬🇷✨ Or honestly… any chance to go back to Disney. (Annual Passholder LOL. 🏰)

If you could only play one artist in class forever, who are you choosing?
Taylor Swift — sorry to everyone who isn’t a fan. 🤣

What do you love most about the Soul community?
“I love how welcoming and encouraging everyone is. It’s so nice to have an established routine and get to see friends I’ve made through Soul when I take classes. The people make it the best!”🫶🏼

What’s your favorite thing about being a Soul instructor?
“I love the opportunity to build relationships with people through something I love doing. It’s so exciting to watch people continue to show up for themselves and get to be a part of their story. I also love getting to use my creativity in a whole new way!”🤎

What would you tell someone nervous to take their first class?
“Just go for it! Don’t be scared to come, even if it’s by yourself. It’s the BEST environment to meet and make new friends. I started taking classes alone and still enjoy any class I take, even when I don’t know anyone!”

How do you hope people feel when they leave your class?
“Proud of what they accomplished — whether it was big or small. 🤎 I want them to leave excited to come back, work on their skills + build the discipline to keep showing up, even on the hard days.”
