We are so excited to officially welcome Coach Casee to the Soul family!

With years of dance training and coaching experience, Casee brings the perfect mix of strength, grace, and energy. From the moment we met her, we knew she’d be an incredible addition to our team—and we can’t wait for you to experience her classes.

She’s also bringing something brand new to the schedule…

A few words from Casee…

“I’m a Savannah native with 25+ years of experience as a competitive dancer and instructor. Dance has always been my greatest passion, and now, as a Pilates instructor, I love sharing that passion for movement in every class. I’m a Christian and attend Olivet Cumberland Presbyterian Church. I’m married to my best friend, a proud Vols fan, and when I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen cooking. I’m passionate about helping others discover strength, balance, and joy through movement, and I’m so excited to be part of the Soul team!” ✨
