Zumba with Hillary Holmes Join me at 9 am Tuesday and Thursday mornings at the Findlay ymca for aqua Zumba ! Join me for Zumba every weds night at grace gospel church!

Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo, just to name a few. Squats and lunges may also be included. One can burn between 500-1000 calories in ONE hour of Zumba!
