Knocked out a set of modified klunker hubs heading out East, Last set went to San Francisco. Here are some pics of how I Juice up the Shimano coaster hub with Phil wood grease and eliminate the bearing cages and the balls. Front needs no explantation it’s pure perfection.

This might be the largest bicycle frame I have ever built 32er 27” top tube length. Klunker for disc brake internal cable up top. We just love fulfilling our customers dreams. Hammering out some high riser motos today with a 4-6” rise.
Variety of sweeps. 1 “Hoppy”, 1 “Tall Boy Hoppy”. And a couple standard cross bar. I think I might do a Tall Boy Hoppy for the 32er Beast!
