Had yet another amazing Seminar with Dai-Sifu Jeff Webb. Got some great clarifications on some of the lower level material, as well as some really nice things for the higher level programs.

Not to mention learning the next Set of the Bart Cham Dao form, along with the applications and some really awesome Long Pole training!

Thanks to Dai Si-Fu Jeff Webb again for another great Winter Camp at the NVTO headquarters in Austin, Texas! An awesome Bart Cham Dao session, and getting to train Long Pole outside at night, really pushing the tactile reflexes in low light conditions was quite an experience!

Got lots of details on the Biu Tze form and applications, as well as a ton of questions answered!

Always more to work on and train!
