NEW ROLE, SAME FAMILIAR FACE
You already know Ali, but you’re going to be seeing even more of her behind the scenes! 💙📸
Ali is officially stepping into the role of Regional Content Coordinator for our three Burn locations!
After serving as a Content Collaborator and helping capture so many of the moments that make Burn Burn, she’ll now be helping coordinate the content coming out of our gyms and making sure we’re capturing the people, energy and community we love so much.
We’re so excited to see Ali step into this next chapter! 💙

🙌🏼 TRANSFORMATION STORY 🙌🏼
Some of my earliest memories of fitness are watching my mom teach aerobics classes. Being active was part of our life growing up, and that foundation stayed with me. I played sports throughout my youth and continued with strength training and group fitness in college. Working out was something I genuinely loved.
Somewhere in my late 20s, that changed. As my career in sales became more demanding, fitness started to feel like another thing on my to-do list. I became less active and slowly let myself go. After getting married, I decided to make a change and trained for a half marathon. Two days after crossing the finish line, we found out I was pregnant with our daughter.
Suddenly, taking care of myself meant something different. It wasn’t just for me anymore, it was also for her. That’s when I joined Burn Boot Camp Acworth and made a goal to stay active throughout my pregnancy. With the support of the trainers and modifications when needed, I attended camp until the week before I delivered.
After an unexpected C-section, postpartum challenged me physically and mentally. I struggled to recognize the person I saw in the mirror. When I was finally cleared to return, I knew I wanted more than to lose weight. I wanted to feel strong and confident again.
I committed to Burn and embraced the 80/20 lifestyle outside of camp. I prioritized protein and water, hit 10,000 steps, and stayed consistent. The physical changes came, but what I gained mentally meant even more. At 36, I feel stronger, more confident, and better than I did at 25. I’m proud that my daughter will grow up watching me make my health and strength a priority.
Burn Boot Camp Acworth isn’t just a gym to me. I’ve been to other gyms and Burn locations, but this one is different. I look forward to walking through those doors, to the high fives, the constant encouragement, hearing “last one, best one,” and finishing every camp with two claps on two. It’s become something I genuinely crave. The trainers, BAs, childcare staff, and members have created a place that pushes me to be the strongest and healthiest version of myself I’ve ever known.
