Ashley celebrated her birthday this week, and the scoop got a little upgrade to match. She’s not mad. Not even a little.

Happy birthday to the woman keeping the cooler stocked, the chaos somewhat coordinated, and this whole race circus pointed in the right direction. 💜🏁

Race day update: now to the staging lanes… all speed boats. 🌧️🚤

Not how we planned to spend the day, but at least camp came with lakefront views.

Thursday schedule!

Thursday's revised schedule for Lucas Oil Race #1 at Yellowstone Drag Strip. With the inconsistancy in weather forecasts over the next 72 hours, we are going two hits and into eliminations tomorrow. We'll go as far as we can with the first event. Racer cooperation is always appreciated.

When the race cars get to sleep at the track, the truck becomes the official support vehicle, luggage hauler, snack wagon, parts department, and rolling chaos container. Thank goodness for a long bed. 😅

We’re headed to the NHRA Double Divisionals at Yellowstone Drag Strip !

We’re excited for a big weekend and hoping we get to make a new friend along the way. 😉

Some dads golf. Some dads fish. Ours voluntarily signs up for race fuel, tire pressure, broken parts, trailer loading, and a whole lot of starting line nerves.

The girls have one of the best dads and crew chiefs we could ever ask for, and we are so thankful for everything he does to help this family go rounds.

Happy Father’s Day to all the race dads out there making sacrifices, turning wrenches, and building memories. Hope your day comes with extra hugs and a few win lights. 🏁
