The Awaken Rebuild Become Approach provides mentorship for women at a turning point. As a Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist, I believe that a little progress every day adds up to big results. You can change your life and your outlook by examining what’s working and what’s not working in your life and then create goals and make changes. Having clear goals and maintaining healthy habits can provide the basis for making progress. I was born and grew up in New England. After about 10 years of searching for a home base, I landed in Boston. I worked in Boston for 15 years then moved to Virginia to begin family life. I have lived in Virginia for almost 15 years with my husband and son. I enjoy spending time with my family, yoga, swimming, walking, gardening, being near the water, almost anything French or related to Jane Austen. I also love baseball, especially the Red Sox, backyard bird watching, photography, finding joy in the small things in life, and visiting Cape Cod.

This is my adaptation of a science-backed method of closing your eyes and moving them in a series of directions to go back to sleep in the middle of the night.

I had to find something that worked for me and I love to walk so that’s what I do.

Whether I’m in my hometown, the streets of Paris, or taking a walk on one of my favorite beaches, it always helps me relax and fall back to sleep.

If your favorite thing is playing golf or boating, walk down your favorite courses or jump in the boat and go for a spin - in your mind.
