Montana Fly Fishing Lodge is looking for a reliable, friendly individual to join our Lodge Operations Team.

📍Location: Absarokee, MT

📅 Season: Through October
⏰ Hours: Typically 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 4–5 days per week (we're flexible with days and hours for the right person).

As an all-inclusive fly fishing lodge, we're looking for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment.

Duties include:
• Housekeeping and preparing guest rooms
• General lodge cleaning and upkeep
• Assisting with evening dinner preparation
• Helping serve our guests
• Supporting day-to-day lodge operations as needed

Every day is a little different at the lodge, so being adaptable and happy to lend a hand wherever needed is key.

Fly Fishing Day Trips in Central Montana!

Looking for a day Fly Fishing while you're staying in Red Lodge or Billings? You will find Montana Fly Fishing Lodge, situated in Absarokee, between both!

Your guide will meet you at the lodge, where you will be privately transported to the river. We'll fish wherever the conditions are best that morning, whether that's the Yellowstone or the Stillwater River.

We provide all the gear; brand new Orvis PRO waders and boots, rods, reels, flies, leaders, tippet... it's all included. Never fly fished before? Even better. We love introducing people to the sport, and your guide will walk you through every step.

Expect a proper gourmet riverside lunch, your choice of beverages, a complimentary branded YETI bottle for each guest to take home, and a welcome cocktail waiting for you back at the lodge.

For $750 per boat (up to 2 anglers), we'll take care of everything.

Last summer, Lee and Wendy joined us here in Montana and fell in love with the Lodge.

Father's Day spent on the water in Montana!

Trip of a lifetime!

Peter and his two sons spend a few days with us each year. The fishing was exceptional, with one of our Lodge records actually being broken!

It is awesome to see kids loving Fly-fishing as much as we do. Passing on the passion is pretty cool.

Last year Grandfather, Stoney, brought 6 of his grandkids to our Lodge. This year 16 of the family came along for a reunion!
