This Thursday at 7 PM, we'll continue our Yin Yoga Meridian Series by exploring the Spleen & Stomach meridians: energy pathways associated with nourishment, grounding, digestion, and receiving. Expect plenty of hip-opening shapes, long holds, and an opportunity to slow down and reconnect.

Join us for Open UP, Beginner Aerial Yoga on Saturday!
This is an introductory class that moves through simple stretches and foundational poses designed to help you build comfort with the hammocks while exploring balance, flexibility, and core strength. We will guide you throughout the entire class so you feel supported at each step!

Join us for a 4-week Yin Yoga series beginning Thursday, May 28th at 7 PM taught by Lauren Stauffer 🧘🏼♀️
Each week we’ll focus on different meridians through long-held, seated postures designed to release deep layers of tension and support the flow of energy throughout the body.
Yin is a grounding and sacred practice where poses are held for 3–8 minutes with an emphasis on finding your edge, finding stillness, and surrendering to time rather than muscle engagement. A chance to reconnect, reset the nervous system, and simply be. 🤍

A new evening class is coming to AYC!
Beginning May 28, Lauren will be offering a four-week Yin Yoga series on Thursdays at 7:00pm following Power Yoga.
Yin focuses on slower movement and longer holds, allowing time to settle into each posture and release tension built up through the week. This class is open to all levels and works well alongside more active practices.

This is a flow you’ll see woven through so many of our classes at AYC. It is a moving meditation, practiced in real time with real breath guiding every transition. No rushing, no forcing… just breath to movement, moment to moment.

Active Awareness is about becoming more aware of our internal state - our thoughts and emotions - and using that information to guide specific actions we can take in our everyday lives. It combines a very simple style of meditation with journal prompts, helping to connect how we currently feel with something we can do about it.
