We kicked off the day with our 5:00am and 6:00am Gi classes, putting in the work before the sun was up. No matter your schedule, we’ve got classes to fit your lifestyle from early mornings to evenings, kids to adults, beginners to experienced grapplers.

Our 6pm adult No-Gi class focused on closed guard attacks, sharpening fundamentals and building effective offensive options from one of the most important positions in jiu-jitsu.
