FAQ: What should my child wear to gymnastics? 🤸‍♀️

Getting ready for class is easy!

✔️ A leotard is the preferred choice, but athletic shorts and a fitted T-shirt or tank top work great too.
✔️ Hair should be pulled back securely.
✔️ Gymnasts participate barefoot — no shoes or socks needed.
✔️ Please leave jewelry, watches, and other accessories at home for safety.

Most importantly, wear something comfortable that allows your child to move, jump, tumble, and have fun!

No Sunday Open Gym for the month of July! Toddler Open Gym will continue on Saturdays 9-10AM.

Join us on Fridays throughout the summer for our clinics!

July 3rd – No clinic
July 10th – Bars
July 17th – Vault
July 24th – Beam
July 31st – Floor (tumbling)
August 7th – Bars

9-11 am: Ruby, Amethyst, and Bronze levels
1-3 pm: Sapphire, Emerald, and competition team Silver and above

❓️Do you have old leotards that no longer fit❓️

Aberdeen Gymnastics Association (AGA) is collecting gently used, outgrown leotards. Donations can be dropped off at the gym during regular classes and open gyms located at 4745 6th Ave SE, Suite #2 (across from the airport, in the Corteva Building). This helps keep participation costs low for local families.
