New to WolfPack Family Jiu Jitsu! Introducing Ms. Tina ! She will be holding intro classes to meditation and sound bowls. Mondays at 3pm. Come down and meet her and ask all the questions you may have. But most importantly, have FUN and enjoy a new experience ‼️🙏🏿
