Due to adverse weather conditions today, the team has done only Plyometric session. The coach player Nabbaale Winnie using avariety of Academy based exercises to develop players speed, Agility, Quickness, Explosiveness and multi-Directional speed in unopposed and opposed scenarios ..an enjoyable session for all!!

ACTION OF PLAYERS
Our coach player Nabbaale Winnie teaching our young players about positive and quick reaction with the ball.
She also show them how to strengthen their peripheral vision and awareness , increasing their speed reactions to become effective problem solvers and identifying the need for independence in order to perform both as an individual and as ateam.
