SECOND WEEK OF HOLIDAY TRAINING IS ON!

The journey continues at Kasese Bronken Sports Academy as we enter the second week of our holiday football training program!
Our young players are back on the pitch, building their skills, improving fitness, learning teamwork, discipline, and developing the confidence they need both on and off the field.
Every training session is an opportunity to learn, play, grow and dream bigger.

Time: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Holiday Training: Tuesday to Friday

Kasese Bronken Sports Academy, in partnership with the Helge Hartz Outreach Program, hosted its Second Term Edition football tournament today, 1st August 2026, at Kasese Stadium.

The event drew over 500 children, including 96 girls from 6 schools across Kasese District for a day of competition, mentorship, and education advocacy.

Education Support
In line with the theme _Kick for Goals, Study for Dreams, the outreach distributed pens and books to every participant to aid pupils in their revision during the forthcoming examinations period.
Mr. Moritz, Football Director and Project Manager, addressed the pupils:
As young Ugandans, we cannot play football alone and call it success. We need to have a sustainable background for the future and that’s education. We are champions on the field, but we are successful when we accomplish educational dreams. Let’s transform the passion we have for the game to the classroom.
He thanked schools for their cooperation and confirmed plans to expand the program to more schools next term.

Partnership & Support
The Helge Hartz Outreach Program reaffirmed its commitment to supporting children in Kasese through sport and education. Partners and sponsors were applauded for making the event happen and the scholastic donation possible for over 500 participants
The tournament is implemented under REEC-UG, the mother umbrella organization spearheading grassroot football development, education and coordination for community youth programs.

Today, we are proud to see all the primary schools participating in the Helge Hartz Football Outreach Program competing in the Primary Schools Ball Games at Kilembe Quarters Playground.
This is a wonderful opportunity for our young players to showcase the skills, teamwork, discipline, and confidence they have developed through the outreach program. We applaud every pupil for their commitment, passion, and sportsmanship on and off the field.
