We took an exciting step toward promoting women’s blind football by introducing the sport to female students at Makerere University Business School (MUBS).

The session gave students an opportunity to learn about blind football, experience the game.We are proud to support more women and girls to play, lead, compete and shine through blind football.

Thanks to everyone involved in the setup towards it’s success.

The count down to the 2026 Blind Football Uganda Championship is on!

Join us on Saturday 5th September 2026 from 8am - 5pm at Makerere University Rugby grounds as blind football teams from across Uganda compete for this year’s crown.

Sports: Blind Football Uganda targets 2028 paralympic qualification The tournament, due from November 1-10, will give Uganda a chance to move closer to its Paralympic dream after the national team earned promotion to Division I last year.
