๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ THE CRICKET CRANES BEGIN THEIR FINAL CHALLENGE LEAGUE B JOURNEY

The Cricket Cranes have departed Entebbe for Dar es Salaam ahead of the final leg of the ICC Cricket World Cup Challenge League B.

Uganda enters the decisive stage unbeaten after 10 matches, with eight wins, two no-results and 18 points at the top of the standings.

The five-match final leg carries significant weight as Uganda pursues progression in the 2027 ICC Cricket World Cup qualification pathway and the opportunity to secure ODI status.

The team will travel early and play List A warm-up matches, providing valuable preparation and acclimatisation before the main campaign begins.

Cricket Uganda has completed a crucial statutory compliance process following the July 18 Special General Meeting at UOC Offices, Lugogo.

Members adopted the revised Constitution and ratified the Executive Board, addressing outstanding requirements identified by the National Council of Sports.

President Jackson Kavuma now calls for renewed focus on governance, inclusion, player development, domestic cricket and the sustainable growth of the game.

The foundation is stronger. The future is next.
