Joining Elsa Quadball Club has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. When I first joined, I was shy and lacked confidence. I was afraid of speaking up and doubted my abilities. Through regular training, teamwork, and encouragement from my coaches and teammates, I discovered strengths I never knew I had.

Playing a mixed-gender sport taught me that talent, determination, and hard work matter more than gender. Today, I confidently communicate with my teammates, take on leadership roles during matches, and believe in myself both on and off the field. Elsa Quadball Club has helped me grow into a confident young woman who is ready to face new challenges.

I am Nalunga Denise, a player. My club Elsa Quadball club has given me much more than sporting skills. It has helped me become disciplined, responsible, and resilient. Through training and competitions, I learned that success requires commitment, patience, and hard work.

The club also gave me opportunities to mentor younger players and lead by example. These experiences have improved my leadership skills and inspired me to encourage more girls to participate in sports. I am proud to be part of a club that empowers girls and promotes equal opportunities for everyone.

Quadball is more than just a sport—it's an opportunity for young people to grow into responsible and disciplined individuals.

It helps them make positive choices, stay active, build friendships, and avoid harmful influences.

As they prepare for the 15th–16th August Quadball Tournament, we invite everyone to support and cheer them on.
