RIP Justine Ligyalingi Snr. Perished this evening in a car accident around Magamaga between Iganga and Jinja. He was coming from a burial. His wife and one of the elder sons still in a critical condition. Many of our youngsters have gone through this gentle giant's hands who is also the father of UCA CEO Justine Ligyalingi and former vice chairman Dan Ligyalingi.
