You also work on your strength, balance and body control, while practicing beautiful tricks, combinations and transitions.

And of course, there’s that special «feeling of flying». It makes the whole process more fun and interesting, and when you actually enjoy your workouts, it’s much easier to stay motivated, keep going and continue working on yourself and your body ✨
