Epic week in north Wales doing some MCI assessment prep. Most of the week was avoiding the sun in the ogwyn valley but we did venture away for a day to climb in the Moelwynion's.

Thanks to everyone who came out and was a guinea pig and special thanks to will from for coming out and observing me and for proving some invaluable feedback.

For those who dont know I took a tumble this morning while scrambling in langdale. 10 meter fall ended up with some fractured ribs and a small bleed around the area. Thank you to Bailey and Williamson for looking after me following the initial fall. After being recovered by mountain rescue I was airlifted to Carlisle hospital where im being looked after. Im doing better and recovering well. Thanks to langdale and kendal mountain rescue as well as northwest Air ambulance service for extraction and recovery.

What a great way to spend a friday evening. Lead Climbing refresher with Craig and Emily. They had done some lead climbing previously but wanted to refresh their skills and expand on the knowledge they had before being let loose.
They did very well with learning new techniques as well as remembering and tuning old ones.

If you or anyone you know needs a refresher, wants to learn to climb or lead climb, I offer courses to suit everyone.
