Hi everyone, this post was supposed to go out on Friday. However due to an extremely long rendering time, it took too long to compile.
But it's DONE! And without further adieu here is the debut of our new trainer, ELDRDIGE!

This afternoon the CECC announced epidemic restrictions in Taipei and New Taipei will be raised to Level 3.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In response to the Level 3 Restriction in Taipei, FENG CrossFit will be closed from 15 May to 28 May, all classes will be cancelled during this period.
