One bag, one camera, and fewer “did I forget something?” moments. 😄
Love seeing how Yingxue has made the Deck Pod Pro part of the setup for filming days on the water.
Thanks for sharing the photo, and the review! 🙌

🇺🇸🇨🇦 Great Lakes paddlers, one more decision!
We’re exploring two directions for the other side of the Great Lakes Kalleq concept.
(A) UNSALTED & SHARK-FREE — A little more local personality.
(B) GREAT LAKES MAP — Clean, simple, and all about the lakes.
If this were your paddle, which one would you actually want on it — A or B?
Drop your pick in the comments. 💬 And if you’re from the Great Lakes region, tell us your state too.

A new horizon.
Meet Kalleq - Arctic Horizon.
Inspired by the light, ice and horizon of Greenland 🇬🇱, its asymmetric red-and-white composition brings a familiar Gearlab contrast into a new form.
Where Ice Meets Light.
Arctic Horizon is now available.

🇺🇸🇨🇦 Great Lakes paddlers, should we make this one real?
Since launching the Kalleq Deception Pass Edition, we’ve received many requests for the Great Lakes version, so we put together this concept mockup to explore the idea.
Now we’d like an honest check from paddlers. If we produce this Great Lakes Edition, would you realistically consider adding this edition to your paddle collection?
If your answer is "YES", please let us know in the comments:
Where do you live or paddle most? And would this be your first Gearlab paddle, an additional one, or an upgrade?
For example:
Michigan, additional!
Ontario, it will be my First Gearlab paddle!
This is not a preorder or commitment. Your responses will help us decide whether this edition should move forward 👀

The wait for shorter IPIK is over.
Last September, we introduced the next-generation IPIK in 225 — lighter to lift, sharper to slice, stronger to trust.
Now, two more sizes are joining the lineup:
👉🏼 IPIK 214
For paddlers who prefer a lighter cadence, relaxed rhythm, and smooth long-distance efficiency.
👉🏼 IPIK 219
A balanced choice for everyday touring, rolling, and all-around Greenland paddling.
👉🏼 IPIK 225
For paddlers who want more blade presence in the water and stronger power through each stroke.
The next-generation IPIK is built with UD high-rigidity carbon, a refined shaft grip, an optimized connector, and the sharpest edge profile we’ve ever created.
Pre-order is now open for 214, 219, and 225 cm.
(Each production batch is limited, and orders are fulfilled in sequence.)

Re-discovering Distance in the Wild
"In the city, we are used to keeping our distance from nature, from others, and sometimes even from ourselves.
But in Alaska, that distance begins to shift.
The wind, rivers, cold air, and open land are no longer just scenery. They become part of the journey. And in the wilderness, people come closer too. Everyone has a role, everyone shares the weight, and everyone moves forward together."
For Gearlab Outdoors co-founder Chung-Shih Sun, returning to Alaska is more than another adventure. It is a reminder that when nature comes closer, so do the connections between people.
