集合｜大安森林公園捷運站5號出口
暖身 15 分鐘 → 自由跑 60 分鐘
每圈 2.2 公里，領跑人維持約 6 分速。
你可以跟跑、超越，也可以隨時停下。一切隨你的意志，只請保持友善跑步禮儀。活動結束後，所有參加者皆有資格抽獎，現場抽出 KPLUS 跑衣、跑褲及跑帽一套！

時間：7/30（四）20:00/暖身 15 min
循環圈：圓山花博 單圈 1Km，想跑幾圈，你決定。
配速錨點 領跑人恆定維持 6 分速。 可超越、可跟跑，一切隨你的意志，只請保持友善跑步禮儀。
純粹體驗 只有起點，沒有終點，沒有紀錄。 走到哪、停在哪，你說了算。
