— Wait, what’s a UTMB Index Race?—（圖 1）
「UTMB Index Race」是獲 UTMB 官方認可的越野跑賽事，用來測量並記錄跑者的實力指數（Index）。

— 全球數千場賽事，完賽就拿指數！（圖 2）—
• 全球有數千場獨立的越野賽事都是認證賽（包括台灣許多本土越野賽！）。
• 跑者只要順利完賽任何一場認證賽，就能獲得專屬的 UTMB Index（越野能力指數/成績表現）。

— UTMB Index Race ≠ UTMB World Series Events（圖 3）—
重要觀念：兩種賽事不一樣！
• UTMB Index Race（指數認證賽）：全球認可賽事，完賽獲得能力指數（Index），但拿不到抽籤跑石（Running Stones）。
• UTMB World Series Events（世界系列賽）：如 HOKA Xtrail Kenting，完賽才能拿到抽籤跑石（Running Stones）。

— 報名 UTMB 總決賽的兩大條件 —（圖 4）
想參加法國勃朗峰 UTMB® 世界總決賽（Chamonix 殿堂賽事） 抽籤，
你必須同時具備以下兩個條件：
1. 至少 1 顆跑石（Running Stone）：參加 UTMB World Series 系列賽完賽獲得。
2. 有效的 UTMB Index 指數：在過去 24 個月內完賽過對應距離的 UTMB Index 賽事。
各組別要求的 Index 距離等級：
• OCC 組 (50K級)： 需擁有 20K, 50K, 100K 或 100M 的 Index
• CCC 組 (100K級)： 需擁有 50K, 100K 或 100M 的 Index
• UTMB 組 (100M級)： 需擁有 100K 或 100M 的 Index
