📓 EP.7｜無球掩護｜OFF-BALL SCREEN

比賽中，不是只有持球者才能創造進攻機會。無球球員一樣可以透過掩護創造空間，幫助隊友擺脫防守。

好的無球掩護，不只是「把人擋住」，更重要的是掌握位置、角度與時機，讓隊友能在更有利的位置接球或發動進攻。

球員必須學會：
✔ 判斷隊友與防守者的位置，找到正確的掩護位置與角度
✔ 掩護後快速做出下一個動作，延續進攻機會
✔ 持球者快速判斷，找到下一個進攻選擇

📝 當球員具備無球掩護的觀念，就不會只是在場上等待球，而是能主動創造空間、幫助隊友擺脫防守，讓整體進攻更加流暢。

📓 EP.7 | OFF-BALL SCREEN

Creating offense isn’t only about the player with the ball. Players without the ball can use screens to create space and help teammates get open.

A good off-ball screen is more than simply getting in the defender’s way. It’s about understanding the right position, angle, and timing to put your teammate in a better position to receive the ball or attack.

Players need to learn how to:
✔ Read the position of teammates and defenders to set the right screen
✔ React quickly after the screen and continue the action
✔ Make quick decisions with the ball to keep the offense moving

📝 When players understand how to screen away from the ball, they stop waiting for the action to come to them. They learn to create space, get teammates open, and keep the entire offense moving.

U14 came into Game 2 with a much better feel for the pace and pressure. Japan continued to bring the intensity on defense, but our players stayed with them through the first half, found their rhythm, and eventually pulled away for the win.

From struggling in Game 1 to responding in Game 2. Growth can happen fast when you’re willing to adjust. 🔥
