Customer‘s BKR tip fell off. Wanted the same tip saved and put back on.
Another shop already tried, but it wasn’t flush/aligned — hence the pliers marks on the tip.
We said no guarantees, but we‘ll do our best.

A customer bought a tip from our site and asked his local repairman for a "rounder" radius, because the installer usually leaves them super flat (Quarter). And... this is what he got back. 🤦‍♂️

This was so bad that we told him to ship the shaft to us (he's just paying shipping), and we’re replacing and shaping the tip for free. No new tip should ever look like that!

Customer chose a cheaper tip install elsewhere, came back saying the hit sounded funny.

Issue: gap between tip and pad. The pad wasn’t faced flat, leading to uneven contact.

At his request, we installed a brand new pad instead of refacing the old one.
