Meet Nixon Callender Sr., Team Manager for Team Trinidad & Tobago. Often working behind the scenes, Nixon and his team are the steady hands that keep the team moving. From coordinating logistics to supporting the athletes and coaching staff, his leadership, dedication, and attention to detail help ensure Team T&T can focus on performing at their best throughout the championships.
