Balancing the bench and the bike: High Court judge Kevin Ramcharan beats burnout with triathlons
He spends his days weighing life-altering verdicts in a demanding profession, but High Court judge Kevin Ramcharan’s toughest opponent is usually the clock.

Every triathlon is built around three disciplines: swim, bike and run.
XO TRIDASH keeps that authentic triathlon experience while making the journey more approachable for first-time athletes.
🏊 A pool swim helps reduce the uncertainty of open water.
🚴 The stationary bike challenge lets participants focus on the cycling effort without the demands of road riding.
🏃The road run completes the triathlon experience.
It’s a format designed to build confidence, encourage participation and help more people discover the sport, whether it’s your first race or your next challenge.

A triathlon is three disciplines connected by two transitions, all completed as one continuous race.
You don’t have to master everything before you begin. With the right support, training becomes much less intimidating than it first appears.

🏊 SWIM
Every triathlon begins in the water.
The swim isn’t about being the fastest. It’s about finding your rhythm, staying calm and starting your race with confidence.
Whether you’re an experienced swimmer or trying open water for the first time, every stroke moves you closer to the finish line.
