🥋 SPORT MASSAGE PRACTICAL SESSION | RECAP

From theory to practical application! 💪

After completing an intensive eight-week Sport Massage Certification Course, Mr. Garvin Ramsepaul, Legal Advisor of Combat Sports Evolution and member of Pyramid Martial Arts Academy, took another important step toward completing his certification by undertaking his supervised practical session with selected PMAA athletes.

The practical was conducted under the watchful eye and professional supervision of course facilitator Master John Davis, allowing Mr. Ramsepaul to put into practice the knowledge and techniques developed throughout the course.

The eight-week programme covered key areas including Anatomy & Physiology, Athlete Assessment, Proper Body Mechanics, Sport First Aid, Injury Prevention, Pain Management, and the effects and benefits of Sport Massage.

For us, this is exactly what Combat Sports Evolution is about—creating opportunities for our members to continuously develop their knowledge and skills while bringing that knowledge back into our martial arts community to benefit our athletes.
