We’ve had several customers tell us they’ve been stopped by other stations or excursion shops on their way to our station. After saying they already had a booking with us, they were asked to show their reservation confirmation.

Some of those staff then incorrectly told the customer that we were the same company, or that they would still be taken to the correct place. Instead, the customer was taken to a completely different watersports station so the seller could earn their own commission.

Sadly, some customers only realised afterwards and contacted us disappointed, believing they had done their activities with Marmaris Watersports Direct when they hadn’t. Not all jet cars, jet skis and activities are the same. Our equipment is the best and that is why we are rated No.1.

If you’ve booked with us and anyone approaches you on the way to your activities, please contact us before agreeing to anything. Our reservation confirmation is specifically for Marmaris Watersports Direct, and we’ll always make sure you arrive at our designated station.

✅ Below is the form that you will receive when you reserve your watersports with us.

Once you’ve chosen your activities, we’ll send you a reservation confirmation with all of your details clearly set out, including:

✔️ Your activities
✔️ Your agreed prices (locked in at the time of booking - if our prices increase, your prices remain the same)
✔️ Your hotel pick-up time (unless you want to make your way to the station yourself)
✔️ Your booking date and information

This means everything is confirmed before you arrive, so there’s no confusion when you’re on holiday.

💷 No payment is required in advance.
Simply reserve your activities, receive your confirmation, and pay on the day by cash or card.

We believe booking your holiday activities should be straightforward, honest, and stress-free.
