Pelican Agency lance une nouvelle étape de son programme CampProfi dans la capitale égyptienne, Le Caire.
Depuis plusieurs années, notre programme accompagne des centaines de jeunes joueurs africains dans leur développement et leur parcours vers le football professionnel en Europe.
Aujourd’hui, CampProfi poursuit sa mission en Égypte avec un nouvel objectif : détecter les talents de demain et leur offrir une véritable opportunité de franchir un cap dans leur carrière.

We continue our mission to turn the dreams of young African footballers into reality and open the pathway to European professional football!

Over the past five years, the CAMPProfi project has helped more than 200 players earn opportunities to play professional football in Europe. Now, the next destination of our project is Cairo, the capital of Egypt.

Our goal in this new stage is to provide more talented young players with an opportunity to showcase their potential under more accessible visa and travel conditions, while creating a clear pathway toward European clubs.

For this purpose, our professional team is starting its work in Cairo.

⚽ CAIRO PLAYER ADAPTATION CAMP

As always, our program will begin with a one-month professional preparation and adaptation period for every participating player.

During this month, players will:

Follow a professional training program;
Develop their physical, technical and tactical qualities;
Be continuously evaluated by our technical staff and scouting team;
Go through an adaptation process designed to prepare them for the demands of European football.

For players who successfully complete the adaptation period and whose potential is positively evaluated by our technical staff and scouting team, the next destination will be EUROPE. 🇪🇺

Players who attract interest from European clubs will, upon receiving an official invitation from the interested club, be assisted with the new visa process and travel to the club's training camp or trial.

Cairo is not just a camp — it could be the starting point of your journey to European football.

Registration for the new season's player selection announcement is now complete. The final 6 players will be added to the 22-player squad and registration will be closed from Monday.

PELİKAN SPORTS CLUBINTERNATIONAL PLAYER SELECTION PROGRAMMEFor the 2025–2026 Season

1. PURPOSE AND JUSTIFICATION

ENGLISH:According to the decision of the Executive Committee of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA) made in March 2025, starting from the 2025–2026 season, there will be no restriction on the number of foreign players in the Azerbaijan Premier League. This change will significantly influence clubs’ recruitment strategies and require new transfer policies.Pelikan Sports Club aims to take advantage of this opportunity by launching a special selection program to scout and prepare talented young players (born in 2005–2007), and integrate them into Premier League clubs after adaptation.

FRANÇAIS :Conformément à la décision du Comité Exécutif de l'Association des Fédérations de Football d'Azerbaïdjan (AFFA) en mars 2025, à partir de la saison 2025–2026, aucune limite ne sera imposée au nombre de joueurs étrangers en Premier League d'Azerbaïdjan. Ce changement influencera profondément les politiques de recrutement des clubs et nécessitera de nouvelles stratégies de transfert.Le Club Pelikan mettra en œuvre un programme de sélection spécial visant à repérer de jeunes talents nés entre 2005 et 2007, à les préparer et à les intégrer dans les clubs de Premier League après leur adaptation au football européen.

2. STAGES OF THE SELECTION PROGRAM | ÉTAPES DU PROGRAMME DE SÉLECTION

I. ARRIVAL & LEGAL PREPARATION | ARRIVÉE & PRÉPARATION JURIDIQUE

EN: Official agreement is sent, signed, and fingerprinted. Then, “OK to Board” tickets are issued.
FR: Un contrat officiel est envoyé, signé et validé par empreinte digitale. Les billets "OK to Board" sont ensuite délivrés.

II. TRAINING AND SELECTION (1 MONTH) | FORMATION ET SÉLECTION (1 MOIS)

EN: Official report is presented. Successful players are referred to clubs; others return.

3. ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES | OPPORTUNITÉS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES

EN: Individual offers may be proposed for Qatar, Turkey, Cyprus, and Belarus. All extra costs are covered by the player.
FR: Des offres personnalisées peuvent être proposées pour le Qatar, la Turquie, Chypre et la Biélorussie. Tous les frais supplémentaires sont à la charge du joueur.

4. LEGAL DOCUMENTATION | DOCUMENTATION JURIDIQUE

EN: A 2-year representation agreement is signed with successful players. If there is a sponsor, 30% of future income goes to them.
FR: Un contrat de représentation de 2 ans est signé avec les joueurs sélectionnés. Si un sponsor existe, 30% des revenus futurs lui sont attribués.

5. RESULT AND IMPACT | RÉSULTAT ET IMPORTANCE

EN: This initiative supports national football and provides clubs with already-adapted players.

We will collect young African players who are candidates for the Azerbaijani and Belarusian Premier League clubs. A special testing program will be implemented for this. The players will be tested using modern technological methods and, once selected, will be individually prepared for the clubs.

We would like to inform you that we, the management of Pelican Agency, have officially concluded the CampProfi project. Consequently, this page and our other Instagram account bearing the CampProfi logo will soon be renamed under Pelican Agency.

The primary reason for discontinuing the CampProfi project lies in the artificial provocations created among players who had come to Azerbaijan. Some players, who were sent back to their countries due to insufficient performance at the Azerbaijan camp, began to spread false and damaging information regarding the reputation of the CampProfi brand.
What is most surprising is that people seemed to forget the over one hundred players who reached Europe thanks to CampProfi.
They forgot that today hundreds of families are enjoying a better standard of living because their talented young members are playing football in Europe.
Without CampProfi, the fate of many of these players would have been drastically different.
Some players, who later betrayed CampProfi and Pelican for various reasons and sought new agents, are still struggling to find clubs. Others are seeing their careers decline season after season.
These are the very players who, dazzled by the names of bigger agencies in Europe, abandoned the family that once supported them when no one else believed in their future.
Many of the agencies "hunting" such players in Europe are merely interested in profiting if a player succeeds; they never care for the players as family or treat them as their own.
We know these agents well. They only prioritize ready-made talents. They sit at home, waiting for phone calls — hoping clubs will reach out after a player shines, so they can capitalize on it.
Unfortunately, there is little we can do other than feel sorry for the young players who fall into their traps.

At the end of this message, we simply want to make it clear:
If, during one of our camps, a negative assessment was given regarding your football potential and you were sent back home, you will not be allowed to post comments that poison the hopes of other young talents.
If you received a negative evaluation, it was meant to guide you towards choosing another path, rather than wasting your life chasing illusions on the football field. It was done for your own good.
From now on, any negative comment made under any of our posts will result in immediate blocking, and you will lose access to all information related to Pelican Agency's activities.

Bad intentions mean friendship with the devil.

Certains joueurs, ayant par la suite trahi CampProfi et Pelican pour diverses raisons en cherchant de nouveaux agents, peinent aujourd’hui à trouver un club.
D’autres voient leur carrière décliner saison après saison.
Ce sont pourtant ceux-là mêmes qui, séduits par des promesses illusoires, ont abandonné la famille qui les avait soutenus quand personne ne croyait encore en eux.

Quant aux agences qui "chassent" ces joueurs en Europe, leur seul objectif est de profiter du succès des talents déjà formés.
Jamais ils ne les entourent d’amour et de soins comme le ferait une véritable famille.
Nous connaissons bien ces agents : ils attendent dans l'ombre, prêts à tirer profit de la moindre réussite.
Nous ne pouvons que regretter le sort de ces jeunes talents égarés.

Si lors de nos camps, votre potentiel footballistique a été jugé insuffisant et que vous êtes rentré chez vous, vous ne serez pas autorisé à publier des commentaires toxiques qui pourraient nuire à l'espoir des autres jeunes.
