With only 8 athletes per session, every athlete receives individualized coaching, immediate feedback, and hundreds of quality repetitions in a high-performance training environment.

The more consistently you can get your body into the same position before contact when setting, the less information you give blockers and defenders on the other side of the net.

The less information you give the other team, the harder it is for them to anticipate where the ball is going.

It also gives your hitters confidence that you can set them from almost any situation, helping them stay committed to their approach and attack aggressively.

Consistency creates trust for your teammates and confusion for the other team.
