ذكريات أول حريف جاء عندنا، صديقنا سليم بن رجب 🚲
وقتها كانت Djerba Cyclo مازالت مجرد فكرة، وكانت انطلاقة الجولات من الدار.
واليوم، بالزهر تلاقينا صدفة في حومة السوق، وفرحت برشا باللقاء. والأجمل إنو سيف، ما شاء الله، مازال من المتابعين الأوفياء لـ Djerba Cyclo من نهارها الأول إلى اليوم. ❤️🚲
ذكريات صغيرة، أما عندها قيمة كبيرة… لأنها تذكرنا منين بدينا وقدّاش كبرت الحكاية. 🌿
و ديما 🚲🚲

Today, let’s take a little trip down memory lane… ❤️
Let’s go back to the very beginning, when our first customer, our friend Selim Ben Rajeb, came to us. 🚲
Back then, Djerba Cyclo was still just an idea, and our bike tours started right from home.
Today, by chance, we ran into each other in Houmt Souk, and it was such a pleasure to see him again. And thankfully, Seif is still one of Djerba Cyclo’s loyal followers, just as he has been from the very beginning. ❤️🚲
Small memories, but they mean a lot… They remind us where we started and how far this journey has come. 🌿

Aujourd’hui, faisons un petit retour dans le temps… ❤️
Retournons aux tout débuts, lorsque notre premier client, notre ami Selim Ben Rajeb, est venu nous voir. 🚲
À cette époque, Djerba Cyclo n’était encore qu’une idée, et nos balades à vélo démarraient directement de la maison.
Aujourd’hui, par hasard, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans les ruelles de Houmt Souk, et ça m’a fait énormément plaisir de le revoir. Et heureusement, Seif fait toujours partie de nos fidèles, présent depuis les tout débuts de Djerba Cyclo. ❤️🚲
De petits souvenirs, mais qui ont une grande valeur… Ils nous rappellent d’où nous sommes partis et le chemin parcouru depuis. 🌿

جولة البارح كانت في والغ بين اللمسي والزيتون اما مش في تبسكيلة 🚲. كانت في إطار" ان شاء الله فرحت ربي يهنى". و ان شاء الله ديما في الافراح 🎉🎊

جولتنا هالمرة كانت مع صديقنا ريان، اللي كل ما يزور جربة، لازم تكون عندو تبسيكلة 🚲 معانا!

وهاذي كانت المرة الثالثة، وكل مرة نعيشو معاه تجربة جديدة تجمع بين الرياضة، والاكتشاف، والتاريخ والطبيعة. 🌿🚲

وكالعادة، ريان ما يجيش وحده… كل مرة يجيب معاه "تشكيلة" جديدة 😄
والمرة هاذي كان معانا لاعب جديد: خوّه الصغير تقي الدين.

سي تقي… نتفكره كيف كان صغير، قدّ طول ڨيدون البسكلات، وحتى الخبز كان يڨوله "بوبو" 😁
سبحان الله، السنين كيفاش تجري… وما شاء الله اليوم كبر وولى يشاركنا المغامرة! ❤️

وكالعادة، خرجت المجموعة فرحانة، محمّلة بذكريات جديدة، وفي انتظار التبسيكلة الجاية وتجربة جديدة تجمعنا من جديد. 🚲🚲🚲

🚲 Another ride, another story in Djerba! 🌿

This time, we had the pleasure of riding with our friend Ryan, who, every time he visits Djerba, never misses the chance to join us for a bike ride. 🚲

It was already our third ride together… and, as always, a new experience was waiting for us, combining sport, discovery, heritage, history and nature. 🌿🏛️

And of course, Ryan never comes alone 😄
This time, he brought along a new member of the team: his little brother Taqi Eddine.
Seeing him on a bike today brought back some beautiful memories… I still remember him when he was very little, barely reaching the height of the handlebars, and even calling bread “Bobo” 😁

Time really flies! Ma sha Allah ❤️

Another beautiful ride, plenty of smiles, and above all, new memories shared together.

Everyone went home happy, already looking forward to the next cycling adventure across Djerba. 🚲🚲🚲

استقبلنا اليوم مجموعة من الزوار من مختلف دول العالم في رحلة لاكتشاف تراث جزيرة جربة الأصيل. وكانت إحدى أبرز محطات الجولة جامع بو مسور، أحد المعالم المدرجة على قائمة التراث العالمي لليونسكو، حيث تعرّف الضيوف على تاريخه العريق، وخصوصيته المعمارية، والدور الذي لعبه في الحفاظ على هوية الجزيرة عبر القرون.

جربة... جزيرة يروي كل معلم فيها قصة، ويختزل صفحات من التاريخ والحضارة.

Today, we welcomed a group of visitors from different countries around the world on a journey to discover the authentic heritage of the Island of Djerba. One of the highlights of the tour was the visit to Bou Msawar Mosque, one of the landmarks inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, where our guests explored its rich history, unique architectural character, and the role it has played in preserving the island's identity through the centuries.
Djerba... an island where every monument tells a story and every corner reflects centuries of history and civilization.

الإعداد القوي يصنع موسماً كبيراً. واعتماد الترجي الرياضي التونسي على الدراجات الهوائية في التحضيرات يعكس حرص الإطار الفني على مواكبة أحدث أساليب الإعداد البدني.

فالتدريب على الدراجة الهوائية يساهم في رفع القدرة على التحمّل، وتقوية عضلات الساقين، وتحسين كفاءة القلب والرئتين، كما يساعد على الاسترجاع البدني بعد المجهود مع تقليل الضغط على المفاصل، وهو ما يمكّن اللاعبين من المحافظة على جاهزيتهم وتقليل خطر الإصابات خلال فترة التحضيرات.

Strong preparation is the foundation of a successful season. Espérance Sportive de Tunis's decision to incorporate cycling into its pre-season training reflects the coaching staff's commitment to using modern and effective methods of physical conditioning.

Cycling helps improve endurance, strengthen leg muscles, enhance cardiovascular and respiratory fitness, and promote faster recovery after intense training while reducing stress on the joints. This enables players to maintain peak physical condition and lowers the risk of injuries throughout the pre-season.

Une préparation solide est la clé d'une grande saison. L'adoption du vélo par l'Espérance Sportive de Tunis lors de sa préparation reflète la volonté du staff technique de suivre les méthodes les plus modernes en matière de préparation physique.
L'entraînement à vélo permet d'améliorer l'endurance, de renforcer les muscles des jambes, d'optimiser les capacités cardiovasculaires et respiratoires, tout en favorisant une meilleure récupération après l'effort et en réduisant les contraintes sur les articulations. Il aide ainsi les joueurs à maintenir un excellent niveau de forme physique et à diminuer le risque de blessures durant la préparation.
