If you are traveling by public transportation, go to Mo Chit 2 (Bangkok Bus Terminal Chatuchak) and buy a minibus ticket to Ratchaburi or Chom Bueng. From there, take a local ride into Suan Phueng District. Once you arrive in Suan Phueng District, you can rent a motorcycle—with rates starting at 450 baht per day and ride straight to the event.

เพื่อมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยสูงสุดของนักวิ่ง และเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสภาพร่างกายของนักวิ่งพร้อมรับมือกับเส้นทาง คณะผู้จัดงานจึงมีความจำเป็นต้องกำหนดเกณฑ์และคุณสมบัติผู้สมัครในแต่ละระยะ ดังนี้
🚩 Tanaosri Trail (100K)
✅ ต้องเคยผ่านสนามวิ่งเทรลระยะ 50 กิโลเมตรขึ้นไป

🚩 ระยะ Tanaosri the Legend (50K)
✅ ต้องเคยจบมาราธอน หรือ ฮาล์ฟมาราธอน ไม่ต่ำกว่า 5 ครั้ง

For the highest safety standards and to ensure that all runners are physically prepared for the challenging routes, the organizing committee has set the following qualifications for each distance:
🚩 Tanaosri Trail (100K)
✅Must have completed a trail race of 50 kilometers or more.

🚩 Tanaosri The Legend (50K)
✅ Must have completed a Marathon or Half Marathon at least 5 times.
👉 OR completed a trail race of 30 kilometers or more.

🚩 Tanaosri Little Boy (25K)
✅ Must have completed a Marathon or Half Marathon at least 3 times.
👉 OR completed a trail race of 20 kilometers or more.

🚩 Tanaosri Fun Trail (10K)
✅ Must have completed a Mini Marathon.
