You arrive on the boat like:
😎 " I’ve got this. I watched a YouTube video.”

Then the instructor says:
👉 “Okay… breathe normally.”

Your brain:
🚨🚨 WE ARE NOT DESIGNED TO BREATHE UNDERWATER!!!🚨🚨 😂

Suddenly you’re checking EVERYTHING:

🤿 Is my mask leaking?
🐠 Why is that fish following me?
🌊 Why is the sea moving?!
😳 Did I just make a weird noise underwater?
😂 And most importantly… AM I STILL ALIVE?!

Meanwhile, the Jomtien Dive Center team is calmly watching you like:

👨‍🏫 “Yep… totally normal. Happens every day.”🤣

And then… something magical happens.

You relax.
You breathe.
You look around…
