🐴 APRA Leg 2 is officially underway at Thai Polo, Pattaya! 🇹🇭✨

Day 1 is in the books, and the energy here in Pattaya is incredible! Today was all about building foundations and establishing harmony as our APRA riders return to the ring—this time, taking on the exciting challenge of brand-new horse pairings under the supervision of lead coach Daniela Moguel and the support of coach Thibault Toofan Torabi.

Our athletes spent the day focusing on precision flatwork, getting in tune with their new partners, and finding that crucial rhythm.

We also dedicated time to mastering the perfect trot-up! As every equestrian knows, a flawless trot-up is a key step for the formal horse inspection, ensuring our equine partners are fit, sound, and ready to compete at their absolute best.

The dedication from both riders and horses on Day 1 sets a fantastic tone for the rest of the week. Stay tuned as we watch these new partnerships grow and tackle the challenges ahead! 👇

Visualisation is one of the most powerful mental training tools in the world.

And if you’re not using it, you’re at a disadvantage (especially athletes/high performers/leaders)

There are 5 types:
1. Outcome
2. Process
3. Negative
4. Creative
5. Explorative

And it works because the brain activates nearly identical neural activity when you imagine something vs when you’re actually doing it. So basically it struggles to tell the difference.

Most people visualise worst case scenarios. Therefore you become more anxious, fearful and perform worse.

Here Olympic skiers, DJokovic, Michael phelps, the Blue Angels and Carlos Sainz all use it to rewire their brain to think, feel and perform the best they have.

It’s a super power once you know how to properly use it and integrate it into your training.

Mindset gives you the edge.

P.s that’s why I wrote the book ‘VISUALISE’ I have spent the last 10 years researching and practicing everything about this particular skill. Comment ‘BOOK’ for the link.

And I’m curious! Do you use visualisation? For what? Let me know in the comments 06/04/2026

Visualisation is an important part of the work we do in mental coaching sessions with Daniela Moguel.

By creating precise mental images and rehearsing key scenarios, athletes prepare both mind and body for performance.

The clearer and more vivid the image, the more powerful its effect can be.

Mental preparation, like physical preparation, is something that must be trained with consistency and purpose.
