Charn Chai Muay Thai

Charnchai Muay Thai is a muay thai training camp in Pai Thailand, run by former no.1 fighter Bee, Mo Learn muay thai at our camp in Pai, North Thailand.

Beginners receive step by step instruction with Bee, covering all the basics of muay thai. The team focus on teaching techniques thoroughly first and introduce more advanced techniques as students progress. Bee and his expert team were all accomplished stadium fighters in Bangkok back in the golden era of muay thai so advanced students and fighters also benefit from their expertise, improving technique and developing new skills. Head trainer Bee, his brother Ae and the team create a fun and friendly atmosphere at the gym and students are instantly welcomed in and feel a part of the family! The gym strikes an excellent balance between Thai and Western style training to ensure each individual student’s needs are met and the Thai traditions and culture of the sport are maintained. Beginners feel comfortable at the gym even though training with the team will push them outside of their comfort zone and advanced students and fighters are challenged at every session. Fully staffed and equipped for groups of up to 35 students, the gym has a large 20ftx20ft ring for technique work and pad work, full length mirror wall, 6 heavy punching bags, 4 small punching bags and spacious floor area with padded mats throughout for sparring, circuits, shadow boxing and muay thai technique instruction with the trainers.
