เมื่อวันที่ 24 ถึง 26 กรกฎาคม 2569 ที่ผ่านมา Game Dev Hub ร่วมกับ วิทยาลัยการคอมพิวเตอร์ และ PSU Esports Studio - Phuket จัดการแข่งขัน Necronomi-Jam สนามภูเก็ต ขึ้น ณ วิทยาลัยการคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตภูเก็ต เพื่อเปิดพื้นที่ให้นักพัฒนาเกมได้ปลดปล่อยศักยภาพ และท้าทายจินตนาการอย่างเต็มที่

บรรยากาศในพิธีเปิดเมื่อวันที่ 24 กรกฎาคม นายชนะชัย สิริพันธ์วราภรณ์ ผู้จัดการ PSU Esports Studio - Phuket ได้เป็นตัวแทนของวิทยาลัยการคอมพิวเตอร์ ขึ้นกล่าวต้อนรับ พร้อมแนะนำวิทยาลัยฯ และ PSU Esports Studio - Phuket รวมทั้งกล่าวส่งมอบกำลังใจให้แก่ผู้เข้าแข่งขันทุกคนในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานตลอดกิจกรรม

ไฮไลต์สำคัญของการแข่งขันครั้งนี้ คือ การสร้างเกมภายใต้โจทย์ Cosmic Horror หรือความสยองขวัญระดับจักรวาล โดยมีความท้าทายพิเศษจากการจับสลากเลือกประเภทเกม 5 แนวทางกลางพิธีเปิด ได้แก่ Bullet Hell, Boomer Shooter, Social Deduction, Roguelike และ Metroidvania ซึ่งผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขันต้องนำแนวเกมที่จับได้มาลุยพัฒนาเป็นผลงานจริงภายในเวลาจำกัด 48 ชั่วโมง

ในการแข่งขันครั้งนี้ มีนักศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยการคอมพิวเตอร์เข้าร่วมทั้งในรูปแบบทีมและรายบุคคล ดังนี้

ทีม Sanity Zero นำโดย ปัญญพัฒน์ เปรียบปาน, ณัฐพนธ์ อินทรสังขนาวิน, ชยพล ปวีรากรณิศ, ณิชตา คำวาศรี และ ปัณณวิชญ์ หนูเรือง นำเสนอผลงานเกม Cephalon Extinction เกมแนว 2D Top-Down Bullet-Hell Survival ที่ผสมผสานธีม Cosmic Horror ได้อย่างเข้มข้น ผู้เล่นจะได้สวมบทบาทเป็นผู้ควบคุมยานอวกาศที่ติดอยู่ในมิติที่บิดเบี้ยว ต้องต่อสู้กับอสูรกายโบราณ หลบหลีกกระสุนหนาแน่น พร้อมรักษาค่าสติเพื่อเอาชีวิตรอดจากฝันร้าย

ณัทภพ เก้าเอี้ยน ลงแข่งขันในรูปแบบรายบุคคล นำเสนอผลงานเกม Drowned stars เกมแนว Cosmic-horror bullet hell รูปแบบ Vertical Bullet-Hell จำนวน 3 ด่านเต็ม ที่ออกแบบมาให้เล่นผ่านเว็บบราวเซอร์ได้ทันที

ช่วงท้ายของกิจกรรมเป็นการนำเสนอผลงาน โดยเหล่านักศึกษาได้ขึ้น Pitching เพื่ออธิบายแนวคิดและการพัฒนาเกมของตนเองต่อคณะกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทั้ง 4 ท่าน ได้ร่วมรับฟัง ให้ข้อเสนอแนะ และประเมินผลงาน ซึ่งถือเป็นประสบการณ์สำคัญในการต่อยอดทักษะการพัฒนาเกมต่อไป


From 24-26 July 2026, Game Dev Hub, in collaboration with the College of Computing and PSU Esports Studio - Phuket, hosted the Necronomi-Jam competition (Phuket venue) at the College of Computing, Prince of Songkla University, Phuket Campus. The event aimed to provide a platform for game developers to unleash their potential and challenge their imaginations to the fullest.

At the opening ceremony on 24 July 2026, Mr. Chanachai Siriphunwaraphon, Manager of PSU Esports Studio Phuket, delivered the welcoming remarks on behalf of the College of Computing. He introduced both the College and the PSU Esports Studio - Phuket, while extending encouragement to all contestants for their creative journeys throughout the event.

The major highlight of this competition was developing a game based on the theme Cosmic Horror, paired with a special challenge of drawing lots during the opening ceremony to select one of five game genres. These genres were Bullet Hell, Boomer Shooter, Social Deduction, Roguelike, or Metroidvania. Participants were required to take their assigned genre and build a working game from scratch within a tight 48-hour deadline.

Students from the College of Computing joined the competition as both teams and individual participants.

Team Sanity Zero, led by Panyapad Preabpan, Nattapon Intarasangkanawin, Chayaphon Pawiragorranit, Nitta Kamvasee, and Punnawit Noorueang, presented Cephalon Extinction. This 2D Top-Down Bullet-Hell Survival game intensely incorporates the Cosmic Horror theme. Players take on the role of a spaceship pilot trapped in a distorted dimension, battling ancient monsters, dodging dense waves of bullets, and managing their sanity meter to survive the nightmare.

Nattaphop Kao-Ian, competing as an individual participant, presented Drowned stars, a Cosmic Horror web-based Vertical Bullet-Hell game featuring three complete stages designed for immediate play directly in a web browser.

The event concluded with a presentation session where students pitched their games, explaining their concepts and development processes to a panel of four qualified judges. The judges listened, provided constructive feedback, and evaluated the projects, offering the participants valuable experience to further refine their game development skills.




#วิทยาลัยการคอมพิวเตอร์

เมื่อวันที่ 25 กรกฎาคม 2569 ที่ผ่านมา ชมรมอีสปอร์ตจังหวัดภูเก็ต ได้จัดการแข่งขันอีสปอร์ตรอบคัดเลือกตัวแทนนักกีฬาเยาวชนจังหวัดภูเก็ตอย่างเป็นทางการ ณ PSU Esports Studio - Phuket วิทยาลัยการคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตภูเก็ต เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมส่งนักกีฬาเข้าร่วมแข่งขันในศึกระดับภาคและระดับประเทศต่อไป

สำหรับการแข่งขันในครั้งนี้ เป็นการคัดเลือกในประเภทเกม Arena of Valor (RoV) ทีมชาย และ ทีมหญิง ซึ่งเปิดรับสมัครเยาวชนที่เกิดระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2552-2557 ที่มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในจังหวัดภูเก็ต หรือกำลังศึกษาอยู่ในสถานศึกษาภายในจังหวัดภูเก็ต เพื่อหาผู้ชนะเลิศไปเป็นตัวแทนจังหวัดภูเก็ต เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันรอบคัดเลือกภาค 4 ในศึก กระบี่อันดามันเกมส์ พร้อมวางเป้าหมายไกลสู่การแข่งขันกีฬาเยาวชนแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 42 (พ.ศ. 2570) สุรินทร์เกมส์ ต่อไป

โดยบรรยากาศการแข่งขันเป็นไปอย่างคึกคัก บรรดาเยาวชนสายเลือดใหม่ต่างขนทัพและโชว์แผนการเล่นกันอย่างเข้มข้น เพื่อชิงชัยในการเป็นตัวแทนของจังหวัดภูเก็ตในครั้งนี้


On 25 July 2026, the Phuket Esports Club officially hosted the Phuket Youth Esports Representative Qualifier at the PSU Esports Studio - Phuket, College of Computing, Prince of Songkla University, Phuket Campus. The event aimed to prepare athletes to represent the province in upcoming regional and national tournaments.

This competition focused on selecting male and female teams for Arena of Valor (RoV). It was open to youths born between 2009 and 2014 who are residents of Phuket or currently studying at educational institutions within the province. The champions will serve as Phuket's official representatives at the Region 4 Qualifiers in the Krabi Andaman Games, with the ultimate goal of advancing to the 42nd National Youth Games (Surin Games) in 2027.

The atmosphere at the event was vibrant and energized, with a new generation of young gamers bringing their best strategies and competing fiercely to earn the honor of representing Phuket.

เมื่อวันที่ 23 กรกฎาคม 2569 ที่ผ่านมา เอกอัครราชทูตเคนยาประจำประเทศไทย Mrs. Lucy Njeri Kiruthu เข้าเยี่ยมชม PSU Esports Studio - Phuket ณ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตภูเก็ต

ในการนี้ นายชนะชัย สิริพันธ์วราภรณ์ ผู้จัดการศูนย์ฯ ให้การต้อนรับ พร้อมนำเสนอวัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดตั้ง PSU Esports Studio แนะนำอุปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยีที่ใช้ในศูนย์ฯ ตลอดจนภาพรวมของโครงการและกิจกรรมด้านอีสปอร์ตที่ดำเนินการมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง

ในโอกาสเดียวกัน ท่านเอกอัครราชทูตยังได้ร่วมลองใช้งาน Cockpit เพื่อสัมผัสประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ และฝึกทักษะในบริบทของอีสปอร์ตอย่างใกล้ชิด


On July 23, 2026, H.E. Mrs. Lucy Njeri Kiruthu, Ambassador of the Republic of Kenya to Thailand, visited the PSU Esports Studio - Phuket at Prince of Songkla University, Phuket Campus.

On this occasion, Mr. Chanachai Siriphunwaraphon, Manager of the PSU Esports Studio - Phuket, extended a warm welcome and presented the objectives behind establishing the studio. He introduced the equipment and technology utilized in the center, alongside an overview of the ongoing esports projects and activities.

During the visit, the Ambassador also tried out the driving cockpit simulator, experiencing firsthand the learning and skill development within an esports context.

เมื่อวันที่ 21-22 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2569 ที่ผ่านมา PSU Esports Studio - Phuket ได้จัดกิจกรรม Esports Next Step: ก้าวต่อไปที่ใช่ สู่วงการอีสปอร์ต สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนสตรีภูเก็ต จำนวน 55 คน โดยกิจกรรมดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ Game On! พลิกเกมธุรกิจ สู่อนาคตอีสปอร์ต: Board Game for Business & Esports Next Step จัดขึ้น ณ PSU Esports Studio - Phuket วิทยาลัยการคอมพิวเตอร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตภูเก็ต

กิจกรรมมุ่งเน้นการเรียนรู้ด้านอีสปอร์ตอย่างรอบด้าน ตั้งแต่ประวัติความเป็นมา การพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมอีสปอร์ต ไปจนถึงรูปแบบการแข่งขันในระดับต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้นักเรียนมีความเข้าใจภาพรวมของอีสปอร์ตในฐานะอุตสาหกรรมดิจิทัลที่กำลังเติบโตอย่างรวดเร็ว

นอกจากนี้ นักเรียนยังได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับ สายอาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอีสปอร์ต อาทิ นักกีฬาอีสปอร์ต โค้ช นักวิเคราะห์เกม นักพากย์อีสปอร์ต และ ผู้จัดการทีม พร้อมรับฟังการถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์จริงจากผู้ที่ทำงานในวงการอีสปอร์ต ซึ่งช่วยเสริมสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ และเปิดมุมมองใหม่เกี่ยวกับโอกาสทางอาชีพในอนาคต

ภายในกิจกรรมยังมีการจัดการแข่งขันอีสปอร์ต เพื่อให้นักเรียนได้นำความรู้และทักษะที่ได้รับไปประยุกต์ใช้จริง ส่งเสริมการทำงานเป็นทีม การคิดวิเคราะห์ และการเรียนรู้อย่างสร้างสรรค์

On 21-22 July 2026, PSU Esports Studio - Phuket hosted the Esports Next Step: The Right Path into the Esports Industry activity for 55 Grade 8 students from Satree Phuket School. This event was part of the Game On! Flipping the Business Game to the Future of Esports: Board Game for Business & Esports Next Step, held at the PSU Esports Studio - Phuket, College of Computing, Prince of Songkla University, Phuket Campus.

The event focused on providing comprehensive learning about esports, ranging from its history and industry development to various tournament structures. This aimed to give students a holistic understanding of esports as a rapidly growing digital industry.

Additionally, students learned about various esports-related career paths, including esports athletes, coaches, game analysts, shoutcasters, and team managers. They also heard firsthand experiences shared by industry professionals, which helped inspire them and open up new perspectives on future career opportunities.

The event also featured an esports competition, allowing students to apply their knowledge and skills in practice while promoting teamwork, analytical thinking, and creative learning.
