Senior Division (50–59)
• Antonio Lascuna sealed the win with an even-par 72, finishing at 4-under 212—five shots clear of Mars Pucay.
• Rico Depilo followed with an eagle-boosted 73.

Super Senior Division (60–69)
• Robert Pactolerin, the 1990 PH Open champion, clinched his first win in 13 years with a closing 76.
• Doming Umadhay and Danilo delos Santos completed the podium.

Legends Division (70+)
• Fabian del Rosario edged Dave Hernandez in a sudden-death playoff with a clutch par on the first extra hole.
