Dear participants,

10 days to go until the Dual Trail event organized by El Mercado!

Trail is made up of a mountain biking leg of approx 15KM, followed by a 7KM trail run.

To participate you can bring your own mountain bike or rent it ahead of time (details to rent a mountain bike at the bottom of this e mail).

Here is the recommended gear:
- A sun cap
- A camel bag or any water container of at least 1 liter (mandatory)
- Sunscreen
- Sunglasses
- Spare innertube and bike tools
- Small personal first aid kit
- A mountain bike
- A helmet (mandatory)

📍 Registration will open on Saturday 17th of June at 6 am, at the following address in Soi 102.

There is not a proper car park but enough space down the road/around the area to park a few cars.
Mr. Bandit (bike mechanic) will be at the event in case any issue. Those renting the bike with him can coordinate with him to try the bike and make adjustments at the same registration address.

🥘 After the Dual Trail event, there will be a free Paella and beer to recover from the effort!

The race is open to everyone, and Free of Charge, don't hesitate to share the link to your friends, let's have some fun!

Hi everyone, if you don't have your own bike for the trail there is Ban Bike company, where you can rent your bike. 🚲
There will also be a mechanic during the course for minor bike problems! 👨‍🔧

El Mercado Bangkok is organizing a Dual trail in Hua Hin, with the purpose of having good fun, meeting people, encouraging a healthy life style and eating good food, yes???
It’s a free event, so you just need to keep on doing what you already do: Run & Bike!

For those of you not having a bike we are finding a company where you can rent, will keep you posted.
