🌿 A little update for the yoga community in Chiang Mai 🌿
While the yoga room has temporarily suspended its physical operations, the heart of the practice continues to thrive here. We remain deeply committed to supporting the authentic teachings of Ashtanga Yoga — especially when dedicated teachers travel to our province year after year to share this transformative practice with us.
A huge heartfelt thank you to Ken Harakuma Sensei 🙏
For the past 14 years, Ken has been coming to Chiang Mai with his wonderful students to lead his retreat and I’m already looking forward to welcoming them back again in February next year!
For everyone planning to be in CM in January:
will be returning for the full month...
And right after that… Danny Paradise will be leading his retreat in the stunning, peaceful surroundings of Pu Chaisai Mountain Resort in Chiang Rai. The location alone is magical — a truly unique and soul-nourishing setting for practice.
I’ll share their contact details and more information soon so you can easily reach out if you’d like to join either of these special retreats.
Wishing you all strong, joyful practices and peaceful days ahead 🙏
