This week, we started to work on the Muay Thai Clinch. We also continued to work on our kicking technique.
Junior Muay Thai is scheduled to begin this Saturday at 12pm
We also have some private classes opening in the coming weeks.

Muay Thai in Carlow Town 🥊
G and I just landed in Ireland. We will be starting classes in .submission.grappling in Carlow Town thanks to them for having us.
Classes kick off this Thursday at 8pm. We will also be adding more classes in the coming weeks so please keep an eye out for more updates

- The role of the referee in protecting fighters
- Making fair, unbiased decisions as a judge
