Root 2 , it is a mixture of old style and modern style where some parts of the room are preserved with its originality and the other parts have been renovated to fit in with today’s society. Both of these rooms are has the concepts and ideas of yoga that has to do with ancient India philosophy dating back thousands of years. Although many years have passed, that ancient philosophy is still around due to the teachings of the instructors from generation to generation in order to carry on the practice of yoga that has many benefits in today’s world. Roots 8 is open to the public, no matter if you are beginner or someone with prior experience to yoga. The variety of classes that include Traditional, Hatha, Alignment, Flow Vinyasa and Ashtanga are taught by an Indian instructor. For beginners, Roots 8 emphasize on giving knowledge about the fundamentals of breathing along with Asana position, alignment, flexibility, and relaxation which are the important foundations for everyone. Roots 8 also wants to make sure that everyone is continuously improving while practicing yoga.
