Player Profile #57 — Tom Manktelow

We are brining back the player profiles for those players who are sadly leaving us this season 😢

Tom joined us with his fiancé Leona, where he was just a supporter and then decided to give Gaelic football a go. He began playing and got straight into it. Within his first few months he took home an All Star award the Asian Gaelic games in 2024. He is a great team player, who always brings a happy face and encouragement both on & off the pitch 🏐🥳

When he’s not playing he can be found training fo hyrox, enjoying a park run and also travelling alongside Leona Penguins_In_Paradise . Tom is also not shy around a microphone and can be sure to belt out some songs for us all on a night out 🎶🎤

We will miss Tom and Leona, we’re glad they joined us and wish them all the best on their next chapter in Abu Dhabi 🇦🇪🎉

Our end of year awards was a night full of looking back on memories in the season, speeches for our players leaving & thanking everyone for their hard work 👏🏼

This season has been an amazing year for us as a club and we cannot wait for what’s next to come 🎉

Congratulations again to all of our wonderful winners, they are well deserved 🖤🏆

Our last Tuesday training session for the season 👏🏼🏐
We had an all ladies session and ended on a high!

We had our visiting team joined us .bahts and they jumped straight in heat and all 👏🏼🥵 we are looking forward to our first invitational cup with them this Saturday June 6th 🏆🎉
